At Rizzagic, we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Therefore, we are more than willing to offer a complimentary redo or a 100% refund in such cases.However, as our products are digital, to prevent abuse, we have implemented multiple policies to ensure fairness and provide high-quality products for everyone.Under the following circumstances, we may not be able to provide a refund:

1.Failure to comply with our upload instructions: If you are not satisfied with the output results, we will check the photos you uploaded to verify whether you have followed our upload instructions.

2.To prevent misuse, downloading your photos will be regarded as using your product. Before downloading, you will have the opportunity to preview all the images generated by artificial intelligence.

3.Refund application time limit: The refund application must be submitted within 7 days after purchase.
